Wharton Interactive Media Initiative (WIMI), a leading digital media think tank and research program based at the prestigious Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, is the official research partner of Digital Lab. WIMI, founded by Dr. Peter Fader and Dr. Eric Bradlow – two of the world’s preeminent researchers on statistical analysis in the media space, is a data-driven research effort dedicated to advancing groundbreaking research in interactive media and leveraging that research to decipher how digital waves of change will impact global industry for decades to come. The Digital Lab has partnered with WIMI to leverage an unprecedented wave of interactive data (from sources such as Digital Lab Partner Google, among others) to lead breakthrough research efforts on a yearly basis specifically focused on the digital revolution’s impact on consumer behavior, global industry and brand engagement.
