A new report from the Telecoms Regulatory Authority of India shows incredibly fast growth in access to the Internet via mobile devices. According to the report, the number of people surfing the net via mobiles has climbed 70% in the last year, reaching 214m as of June 2010.

Where Social Goes, Money Follows

A recent study by eMarketer predicts that US advertisers will spend nearly $1.7 billion on social sites this year. This estimate is a noticeable increase from initial 2010 projection made by eMarketer, which forecasted $1.3B for this year, as well as a 20% increase from 2009 spending.
